QUICK IDENTIFICATION OF SPY DEVICES

The iUni R35 detector is a comprehensive, multifunctional and easy-to-use device that is essential for protecting privacy and preventing unwanted surveillance.

With its combination of wireless, optical, magnetic and pinhole detection, the iUni R35 offers a professional solution for identifying and neutralising hidden electronic threats.

The exceptionally wide detection frequency range, between 1 MHz and 6.5 GHz, allows you to detect signals emitted by almost all wireless devices used for surveillance.

The 650 mAh battery provides up to 60 days of standby time and allows for continuous operation for approximately 36 hours, giving you the freedom to carry out multiple scanning sessions without the hassle of frequent recharging.

MAGNETIC FIELD DETECTION

The package includes a flexible torch that connects directly to the detector. With it, you can quickly check the car for magnetic tracking devices, which are usually attached to the underside of the vehicle.

Before switching on the device, attach the flexible magnetic field torch, then switch on the device. Press the mode button to activate magnetic field detection mode.

If the LED indicator lights up and an audible beep sounds, the device has detected a magnetic GPS tracking device or other equipment emitting a magnetic field.

DETECTING WIRELESS DEVICES

Turning on the detector is quick and easy. Pressing the power button once, with the device facing upwards, produces a short ‘beep’ and the ‘RF’ indicator lights up – a clear sign that the device is ready for use.

Once switched on, the detector automatically enters wireless detection mode. To detect microphones or hidden cameras that transmit wirelessly, slowly move the device from side to side (left to right). When the signal indicator beeps and there is an audible signal, the transmission source has been detected. The more signal indicators that light up, the stronger the signal from the source.

Sensitivity can be adjusted using the increase/decrease buttons on the side of the device. The optimal setting is usually level 3, but depending on the environment, sensitivity can be increased for maximum detection or decreased to avoid false alarms.

Note: In wireless detection mode, the device must be kept away from mobile phones, Wi-Fi routers and other equipment emitting wireless signals to avoid interference.

DETECTING A PINHOLE LENS (MICRO CAMERA)

The device allows you to detect even the smallest, hard-to-spot cameras, whether they are switched on or off. The detector is equipped with 3 adjustable flashing LEDs positioned around the viewfinder.

The detection principle is based on the light reflection effect or the ‘reverse flash’ effect, whereby the camera lens will appear as a ‘dot’ when the red LEDs light up.

When this specific mode is activated, the red LEDs light up on the back of the device. The reflected red dots are then sought through the device’s viewfinder filter. This allows for the precise location of the hidden micro-camera.

DETECTING A NIGHT VISION SURVEILLANCE CAMERA

Press the mode switch until the indicator for the night vision micro-flash detection mode lights up.

The detector emits a green light beam to identify hidden lenses.

Note: For correct use, the room must be dark (blinds down and lights off) and you must wait approximately one minute before detection. The night vision lens detection mode does not work in bright light or in direct sunlight.

ADJUSTABLE VOLUME

The device’s volume can be adjusted by pressing the mode button until the volume indicator lights up.

The ‘up’ and ‘down’ buttons on the side allow you to increase or decrease the volume of the audible alerts emitted by the iUni R35 detector.
