1. Product Warranty

1.1. All new products offered by iUni are covered by a 24-month warranty from the date of delivery. During this period, if the product breaks down or ceases to function as intended under normal conditions of use, the customer is entitled to remedial measures, as appropriate: repair of the product, its replacement, a proportionate reduction in price, or termination of the contract with a refund, in accordance with applicable legislation.

1.2. The warranty covers exclusively manufacturing defects or non-conformities arising under normal conditions of use. Damage caused by misuse, impact, unauthorised tampering, unauthorised physical or software modifications, use in unsuitable conditions (moisture, dust, extreme temperatures), overloading or other external causes.


2. Right of return / withdrawal (30 days)

2.1. In accordance with distance selling legislation, the customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving any reason.

2.2. As part of its own commercial policy, iUni extends this period and offers the option to return the product within 30 calendar days of receipt, without requiring a reason.


3. Return conditions and product condition

3.1. The returned product must be in the condition in which it was delivered — unused or only reasonably tested to verify functionality — accompanied by all accessories, components, manuals, documents and, where applicable, the original packaging or suitable protective packaging.

3.2. Products showing signs of heavy use, visible damage, missing components, signs of wear and tear, seriously damaged packaging or alterations that go beyond the scope of normal testing may be rejected or subject to a reduction in value.


4. Value reduction (product depreciation)

4.1. If, upon inspection of the returned product, use exceeding normal testing is found, missing accessories, physical damage, obvious signs of wear and tear, or alterations to the product, iUni reserves the right to impose a value reduction fee.

4.2. The reduction in value is calculated in proportion to the depreciation of the product, relative to its condition at the time of return.

4.3. The purpose of the deduction is to cover the loss of value caused by misuse or damage to the product, without affecting the customer’s right of return.


5. Return and refund procedure

5.1. To request a return, the customer must send an unambiguous request (return form, email or message) before the expiry of the 30-day period.

5.2. Products must be returned to the address provided by iUni, together with all necessary accessories, documents and packaging.

5.3. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, iUni will refund the amount paid for the product and, where applicable, the cost of the initial standard delivery. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase.


6. Who bears the costs of return

6.1. The direct costs of returning the product (courier, packaging) are usually borne by the customer.

6.2. iUni will cover the return costs only in the following cases:

– the product has been delivered incorrectly;

– the product is defective or does not match the order upon receipt;

– there is an explicitly stated campaign/promotion that includes ‘free returns’.


7. The difference between a return and a warranty

A return applies when the customer does not want the product, without giving a reason, within 30 days of receipt.

A warranty applies when the product is defective or non-compliant. In this case, the warranty procedure (repair, replacement, price reduction, cancellation of the contract) applies, rather than the returns procedure.

Products under warranty will be collected by the courier company at our request. Please fill in the required information on the form. Once your request has been approved, within approximately 2 days, the courier will come to collect the product. Please pack the product carefully before handing it over to the courier to protect it during transit.
