Portable and practical, the iUni STK98 is a voice recorder that you can use in any situation and anywhere – during interviews, lectures, meetings and other situations where a discreet means of audio recording is required.
This voice recorder offers easy recording at the touch of a button. Not only does it make audio recordings, but it also functions as a standard USB flash drive for storing other files and documents.
When connected to a computer, it will be recognised as a standard portable device, so its true function will not be revealed. No driver or software installation is required.
During recording, the USB spy flash drive emits no light or sound signals.

8 GB INTERNAL MEMORY/AUDIO QUALITY SELECTION
You can choose from 4 available audio recording modes – 192Kbps, 128Kbps, 64Kbps or 32Kbps.
You can record and store up to 90 hours of conversation (192Kbps quality) on the 8GB internal memory and enjoy easy one-button playback.
The built-in voice activation saves space, battery life and your time by allowing you to record only when something happens. The microphone is capable of picking up sound from a distance of up to 10 metres.
The iUni STK98 is a compact USB voice recorder whose greatest advantages are its ease of use, large capacity and relatively long battery life.
ONE-SWITCH RECORDING
- To start recording, simply slide the switch to the "ON" position. Once the red indicator flashes three times, the voice recorder will start recording everything in the vicinity.
- To stop recording, move the switch to the "OFF" position.
- To listen to the recording you have just made, connect the voice recorder to your computer – the flash drive folder will open automatically. The recordings will be located in this folder. A new file is created every time you switch off the power. If you speak to 3 different people and start recording 3 times, 3 files will be created. This will keep your conversations organised.
SIMULTANEOUS CHARGING AND RECORDING
The iUni STK98 voice recorder has a built-in 110 mAh lithium-ion battery, which provides continuous operation for around 15 hours. The battery can be charged from any USB port on a computer, from an external battery pack, or from a mains charger. During charging, the red light is always on, and the blue light indicates a full charge.
A major advantage of this device is the ability to record whilst charging. You can connect the flash to a mains charger or a portable battery and use it until the memory is full.
Warning! Recording whilst charging is not possible when connected to a computer.
DIRECT CONNECTION TO A COMPUTER
Data is transferred from the device to the computer via the same USB port used for charging the battery. Recorded files are saved to the recorder’s memory in WAV format.
After connecting to the computer, there is a text file in the root folder of the USB drive which is used to configure the device’s default recording mode: date and time, voice activation, sound quality, recording sensitivity or file recording time.
