Description
DISCREET SURVEILLANCE AT HOME OR IN THE OFFICE
Although it does not actually function as a smoke detector, it incorporates all the visual characteristics of one, giving you the familiar appearance of a smoke detector, but with a significant difference. Instead of detecting smoke particles, this device is designed to capture images and clear video footage of the environment in which it is installed. It provides unrivalled surveillance and security for your home or business premises.
Inside the smoke detector is a small spy camera that can be controlled via a dedicated app, providing access to real-time images or recordings stored over time.
The motion detection feature adds an extra level of intelligence to the device. When the camera detects movement within its field of view, it can automatically start recording or send notifications to connected devices.
BUILT-IN CAMERA
In the viewing app (live stream), the video resolution can be selected from 4K, 2K or 1080P.
Video recordings on the memory card have a resolution of 1280x720 pixels. This ensures clear and detailed images, ideal for monitoring a specific area or recording important events.
Equipped with a rechargeable lithium-ion battery, the spy camera allows for continuous video recording for approximately 2 hours. The battery is charged via the included micro USB cable.
MICROSD CARD SLOT MAX. 64GB
The spy camera supports microSD cards with a capacity of up to 64 GB (not included), meaning you can save photos and videos for later viewing.
With the loop recording function, the spy camera will overwrite the oldest file and continue to record new files.
To download the recordings, connect the camera to your computer using the USB cable included in the pack and the computer will read the card.
INTELLIGENT MOTION DETECTION
Intelligent motion detection allows you to receive notifications when the motion sensor is triggered, so you don’t miss any important events. You can adjust the sensitivity of the motion sensor in the app – high, medium, low, off.
Every slight movement is detected precisely and alerts you immediately.
This feature not only improves monitoring efficiency but also minimises unnecessary data storage by focusing only on the important moments.
NIGHT VISION
The detector has 2 infrared LEDs, allowing the camera to see what is happening even in the dark. This makes the camera ideal for monitoring your home or office, regardless of the time of day or night.
When there is insufficient light, the infrared light can be switched on with a single button in the app. The LEDs do not glow when in use to maintain discretion.
Connecting the E155 camera (Android only)
Peer-to-Peer (P2P) and WiFi Direct are technologies that allow devices to connect and communicate directly with each other without the need for a centralised network infrastructure.
Warning!!! It is not possible to view recordings in real time if your phone is connected to a Wi-Fi network other than the one to which the E155 spy camera is connected.
To use the P2P connection, you must download the Kabo Cam APK executable file from the Google Play Store on your smartphone (Android only) and configure the spy camera with a Wi-Fi router (2.4 GHz only).
Install the Kabo Cam APK, then connect to the camera’s network. Open the app, tap ‘+’ to add the camera => Add online camera => Search => the camera is identified, select it and confirm.
The camera will be online, on the first page of the app. Open the settings section, Wi-Fi, select access points and choose your Wi-Fi network (2.4 GHz) from the list, then enter the Wi-Fi password => confirm. After about 2 minutes, the camera will be connected to the network and you will be able to access it via the wireless network and the app to view the recordings. When viewing live footage, the video quality can be up to 4K.
The iUni E155 spy camera can record and store footage without any additional settings in the app. Simply charge the device and insert a microSD card with up to 64 GB of storage (not included in the pack) and the camera will start recording automatically. Remove the memory card from the detector, insert it into your computer and view the recordings. The video quality on the card is Full HD, so the recording time on the card is longer.
